I have signed in, but I only see a Guest Category, the FAQ and the Blog!
Usually, that is because you Created an Account instead of Signing in. Log out, then click on Sign In and click on Forgot my password. Use your Kickstarter (or late pledge) address to get a new password and get access to your account.
My email address doesn't work when I try to login / my email is not in the database...
We used your Kickstarter email address, or the address you used when you late-pledged. If you used both Kickstarter and the late-pledge system to pledge, try both addresses. If it still doesn't work, contact us. We'll resolve this promptly.
Where can I find my Store Credit?
It is shown on top left of the page. Or, click on ACCOUNT on top of the page. Your Store Credit will be shown there until you spend it.
If you don't see ACCOUNT, make sure that you SIGN IN first.
If you see ACCOUNT but there is NO Store Credit, that means that you created a new account. Log out, then click on Sign In and click on Forgot my password. Use your Kickstarter (or Paypal) address to get a new password and get access to your account.
How much do I get to spend?
Your Store Credit represents what your pledge entitles you to. If you want more, or a bigger cathedral for example, add it to your cart; you'll be able to pay for the difference when you check out.
What if I want more than what I pledged for?
Easy: just add what you want to your cart!
At checkout time, you'll first pay your total amount due with your Store Credit, then, you will be directed to complete the Credit Card section to pay for the balance.
When I get to Payment, I have to pay the total of my selection. The store credit has not been taken into account!
Easy to fix. Simply make sure that the box Apply $xxx store credit to order is checked.
The Store Credit will be automatically deducted from the total, and you'll only have to pay for the difference.
